Bio: Growing up on Long Island under the guidance of both his dad's and granddad's boatyards, his Dad owned an Owens dealership with a 10-slip marina and his Granddad had a larger yard with the one fuel depot in town, Dan graduated from FAU and moved his young family to Texas where he represented a major industrial machine tool company.

After 10 years of intense traveling, they decided to move back to the ocean opting for the marine business. Selling small boat packages for a couple years, a seasoned sales veteran advised Dan to get into the engine business if he eventually wanted to sell larger vessels. By doing so, he would have the opportunity to experience a variety of boats, builds, power plants, etc., all the better to serve my clients.

Taking that advice, Dan spent the next 21 years selling marine diesel engines for Florida Detroit Diesel-Allison to some of the most prestigious yacht builders in the industry. He has been fortunate enough to work with the owners and the builders, witness the building process, and experience the vessels once they launched. It was a great career move and an even better learning process.
